Community Connections

Through our Youth Bureau, we coordinate and implement community events to celebrate young people as assets; build family capacity and foster connections between the community and local/regional resources.

Youth Bureau

Our Youth Bureau provides local and regional youth agencies with training, technical support, and program monitoring. Staff is trained in the Advancing Youth Development framework and possesses technical expertise in programming for youth.

Youth Voices Project

The Youth Voices Project engages young people in building competencies, enhancing leadership skills, instilling character and inspiring community spirit. If you are an interested youth, stop by the Youth Bureau for more information.

Community Space

Located at the Washington Heights Community Center, our Youth Bureau Division makes space available to local and regional organizations for programs, meetings and special events. Applications for facility use can be obtained by calling Maritza Wilson at 845-565-1213 ext. 1.
