Copies of (1) Environmental Assessment Form ("EAF") Part 1 for the Waterfront Redevelopment Project, (2) Application for a zoning change from Leyland Alliance, LLC, and (3) EAF for amendments to the City’s Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan (“LWRP”) and Harbor Management Plan will be made available as they are finalized.
Scoping Documents
The City scheduled two public hearings to receive input and comment on preliminary draft “scoping” documents regarding the Leyland Alliance Waterfront Development Project and proposed amendments to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan (LWRP), including the establishment of a Harbor Management Plan (HMP).
The public hearings were held on October 11 at Delano Hitch Activity Center and on Saturday, Oct. 13 at City Hall.
