The City Clerk's Office, located on the first floor of City Hall, issues permits and licences for various purposes, including:

• Licenses for taxis, taxis drivers, peddlers, and towing
• Marriage licenses
• Certified copies of birth and death certificates
• Dog licenses, adoptions and redemptions
