Real Property Reassessment Project 2008
A reassessment of all properties in the City of Newburgh for the 2008 Assessment Roll began in January 2007. The purpose was to improve the fairness and equity of the assessment roll.

The new assessments will first apply in September of 2008 starting with the school tax bills.
